Danny's grandfather (Su's dad) got Danny a German balance bike for his birthday. It has no pedals so kids learn to run along to get some momentum then sit on their seat and learn to balance and ride.
He's just a tad too short for it yet, but at the rate he's growing he'll be off to the races soon. Of course this means he now has to wear a helmet which he is not crazy about. As you can see in the pic we need to do some more adjusting of the strap so it actually protects him.
